Therapy That Goes Beyond What You’ve Tried Before
I want you to know that therapy with me isn’t about polite head-nods or scripted questions. When you sit with me, you’re getting someone who shows up fully—someone who listens carefully, thinks deeply, and speaks honestly. My role is to help you understand yourself in a way you may not have been able to before. Together, we’ll look at what’s actually driving the patterns, emotions, and conflicts in your life, without judgment or pretense.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in real insight. I believe in naming things clearly, exploring what needs accepting, and identifying what needs to change so you can stop repeating the same cycles. You won’t be expected to fit into a box or perform a version of yourself that feels safe or familiar. You can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll work from there.
This process isn’t always easy, but it is meaningful. You’ll gain clarity, self-respect, and a stronger sense of who you are becoming. And you won’t be doing it alone — I’m right there with you, helping you make sense of your story and supporting you as you move into a life that feels more grounded, more intentional, and more authentically yours.

FAQS
What can I expect in our first session?
Your first session is a chance for us to understand what brought you in, what you’re struggling with, and what you want to change. I’ll ask thoughtful, direct questions to get a clear picture of your goals and explain what working together could look like. There’s no pressure to commit—it’s simply about seeing whether the fit feels right.
How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
Fit matters. I encourage an initial conversation so we can see if the relationship feels grounded, comfortable, and productive. If I believe another therapist would better meet your needs, I’ll be honest about that and help point you in the right direction.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients across the 17 states where I’m licensed. This allows you to maintain consistency even if you travel, relocate, or have a demanding schedule.
What issues do you specialize in?
I work with adults navigating identity questions, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, men’s issues, ADHD, sexual identity concerns, and the emotional impact of having someone with a personality disorder in your life. I also support high-achieving professionals, creatives, and first responders.
What is your therapeutic style like?
My style is direct, honest, and deeply attuned. I don’t just nod along—I engage, ask questions, and offer insight to help you make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck. My approach balances empathy with clarity and is focused on insight and meaningful change.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. As progress develops, some choose to shift to biweekly or a maintenance schedule. We’ll collaborate to determine what frequency best supports your goals.
How long will I be in therapy?
There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some people come in with a specific concern and work with me for a shorter period, while others choose deeper, longer-term therapy focused on personal growth and self-understanding. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and progress to ensure the work remains intentional and supportive.
What do you charge?
My standard fee is $200 for a 50-minute individual session. Couples sessions are $250 for 50 minutes or $300 for 90 minutes. I also reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients with financial need, depending on availability.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a monthly Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. I recommend checking with your provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect the time reserved for you and ensures availability remains fair for all clients.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in session is confidential except in cases of safety concerns or legal requirements. You’ll receive a clear explanation of confidentiality and its limits before beginning therapy.
How does interstate telehealth work if I’m in one state and you’re in another?
The law surrounding the practice of insight-oriented psychotherapy across state lines goes as follows:
Your psychotherapist must be licensed in the state you either reside in or are temporarily visiting. For example, if you live in New York and are going to be in Seattle, Washington for an extended business trip, I could provide psychotherapy services to you while you are in Seattle as I am licensed in Washington. However, if you wanted to work with me where you currently live, I could not work with you as I am not licensed in New York. Another example is as follows: You and I both live in California and you will be visiting Austin, Texas for a film shoot. As I am licensed in Texas and California, I could work with you both while you are on location and once you return home.
Change Starts With a Conversation
You don’t have to navigate confusion, stress, or identity struggles alone. When you’re ready to take an honest look at what’s holding you back — and what’s possible on the other side — I’m here to help you get there with clarity and direct support.
